Balayage Dispenser
Based on the Wrapmaster concept this dispenser was specifically designed to hold the Balayage film for your freehand painting. To cut the cling film well the Balayage dispenser has a very sharp cutting blade. But the blade is concealed and only released by the pressing action on the top of the lid-means safety first.
